VERSION 3.1These Terms of Service govern access to SRCAI.co and the public information, contact, newsletter and AI Assistant experiences made available by SRC AI. They also provide the general legal framework for SRC Mentor and SRC Launch information presented on this website. A quotation, order, engagement confirmation or product-specific agreement may add terms for a particular service. Read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any product-specific terms presented before a paid or account-based service begins.
1. Definitions#
“SRC AI,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the organization operating SRCAI.co, as identified in the published Company Profile when those legal-entity details have been verified and released. “Website” means SRCAI.co and its public pages. “Public Services” means the Website, contact and enquiry forms, newsletter workflows and public AI Assistant. “SRC Mentor” and “SRC Launch” mean the two public offerings described on the Website. “User,” “you” and “your” mean the person or organization accessing a Public Service.
“Service Confirmation” means a quotation, order, statement of work, engagement confirmation or similar record that SRC AI expressly accepts for a particular customer. “Provider” means an independent hosting, communications, formation, registry, payment, professional or other supplier used in a workflow. Headings help navigation and do not narrow the meaning of a provision.
2. Acceptance and policy hierarchy#
By accessing or using a Public Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use that Public Service. A Service Confirmation and product-specific terms control for the specific service they address if they expressly conflict with these general Terms. The Privacy Policy controls the description of personal-information handling. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue regardless of this hierarchy.
Browsing public information does not by itself create an advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency or professional-client relationship. Submitting an enquiry asks SRC AI to assess and respond; it does not mean SRC AI accepted an engagement, reserved a name, started work or guaranteed availability.
4. Scope of SRC AI and the Website#
SRC AI is presented as a technology company that develops specialized intelligent systems and digital services. SRCAI.co is the corporate and public-information site. It is not a general-purpose account portal, a government registry, a law firm, an accounting firm, an investment adviser, a bank or an unrestricted chatbot service.
Public descriptions explain direction and intended capability but do not establish that every described function, jurisdiction, integration or commercial service is currently available. A connection or feature is available only when the relevant public page or Service Confirmation expressly says so. Status labels such as NOT CONNECTED or CONFIGURED — NO DATA are part of this honest service boundary.
5. SRC Mentor relationship#
SRC Mentor is described as a planned human-centered mentoring, learning and research environment. Public material explains its direction; it does not promise a release date, admission, pilot place, learning result, qualification or particular feature. SRC Mentor does not replace a teacher, parent, guardian, clinician or other responsible human decision-maker.
Any future pilot, account or family workflow will require its own eligibility, consent, safeguarding, privacy and service terms before it becomes available. Until then, do not submit a child’s personal information or private educational records through the public Website or AI Assistant.
6. SRC Launch relationship#
SRC Launch provides guided information and enquiry support for business-launch and company-formation needs. It may coordinate assessment, consultation and independent fulfilment providers, but it does not itself guarantee a government filing, incorporation, approval, bank account, tax result, licence, immigration outcome or completion date.
The SRC Launch Service Terms / Disclaimer applies in addition to these Terms. No formation work begins until SRC Launch confirms scope, eligibility, provider availability, secure information channels, charges and any required customer checks.
7. Accounts and protected systems#
Most current Public Services do not require a public account. If a future service issues an account, you must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, use the security options offered and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account until compromise is reported and verified.
Protected administrative capabilities are reserved for authorized SRC AI personnel and are outside every public account entitlement. Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to restricted systems or information are prohibited.
8. Service availability and change#
SRC AI may add, modify, suspend or retire Public Services, content and integrations. Maintenance, security response, supplier failure, network conditions, government systems, legal requirements and events outside reasonable control can affect availability. SRC AI does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Where a material change affects an accepted paid service, the applicable Service Confirmation and mandatory law determine the remedy. Product roadmaps, prototypes, illustrations and forward-looking descriptions are statements of present direction, not binding commitments.
9. Accurate information and customer cooperation#
You must provide information that is accurate, current, complete and lawfully obtained. Do not impersonate another person, falsify authority, conceal a material fact or submit a record that you are not authorized to use. Tell SRC AI promptly when information relevant to an active request changes.
Delays, rejection or additional costs caused by missing, inaccurate or late information may affect availability, timelines and refund eligibility. SRC AI or a Provider may request clarification, verification or resubmission before continuing.
10. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct#
Use Public Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not compromise security, distribute malware, evade controls, harass others, conduct fraud or phishing, scrape abusively, overload infrastructure, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, misuse automated output or attempt to expose private instructions, credentials, unpublished material or data belonging to another person.
SRC AI may reject, investigate, preserve proportionate evidence of or restrict prohibited activity. Serious or apparently unlawful activity may be referred to an affected Provider or competent authority where appropriate and lawful.
11. Website content and informational limits#
Website content is provided for general information and orientation. SRC AI works to keep it useful, but it may be incomplete, superseded, inaccurate for a particular location or affected by facts not known to SRC AI. Dates, examples and descriptions must be checked against the current page and any Service Confirmation.
You are responsible for independently verifying information that could materially affect legal rights, taxes, finances, education, health, safety, immigration, regulatory compliance or business decisions. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
12. AI-generated or AI-assisted content#
SRC AI may use automated retrieval or generation to organize approved public information. Automated output can omit context, misunderstand a question, become outdated or be wrong. It does not possess perfect knowledge and is not a guarantee or professional opinion.
The public AI Assistant is limited to approved public SRC AI sources. It cannot access sensitive internal capabilities, receive secure documents or authorize a transaction. Check its linked source pages, avoid sensitive information and use the contact route when human clarification is needed. The AI & Automated Systems Disclosure provides more detail.
13. User submissions and limited processing permission#
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant SRC AI and necessary Providers a non-exclusive, limited permission to host, copy, transmit and process that content only as reasonably needed to perform the requested workflow, secure the service, maintain evidence and comply with law. This permission ends when the purpose and applicable retention period end.
You represent that your submission does not violate another person’s rights or law. Public forms are not secure document vaults. Do not send identity documents, government identifiers, payment-card data, confidential access credentials, confidential legal files or specially protected information unless SRC AI identifies an approved secure channel.
14. Feedback#
If you send an idea, correction or general product suggestion without a separate confidentiality agreement, SRC AI may use it to improve its services without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated material or permit SRC AI to publicly identify you without an appropriate basis.
Security vulnerabilities are not ordinary feedback. Request an authorized reporting channel and scope before testing.
15. Intellectual property and trademarks#
The Website, original text, designs, software, databases, audiovisual elements and other SRC AI materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. SRC AI grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access public pages for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. No source code, ownership right or broader licence is transferred.
SRC AI, SRC Mentor, SRC Launch and associated names, marks and visual identifiers may not be used to imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement without permission. You may link to a public page in a fair and lawful way that does not misrepresent the relationship.
16. Third-party services, integrations and links#
Public Services may link to or rely on independent Providers. Each Provider controls its own service, availability, security, decisions, terms and privacy practices. A link or technical integration does not make SRC AI responsible for every Provider act and does not imply endorsement of unrelated content.
Review the terms and charges presented by a Provider before using it. Future advertising, search, email, payment and document integrations are not active merely because the architecture can support them. The Website should describe a Provider as connected only after actual configuration and authorization.
18. Fees, taxes and payment references#
Current public browsing, contact enquiries and newsletter requests do not by themselves create a charge. If SRC AI offers a paid service, the price, currency, included work, payment schedule, taxes, third-party disbursements and material exclusions must be stated in a Service Confirmation or checkout before acceptance.
Government, registry, courier, banking, payment-processing, professional and Provider fees may be separate and may change independently. Unless SRC AI expressly agrees otherwise, you are responsible for taxes, duties and external charges applicable to your purchase or continuing business obligations.
19. Cancellations and refunds#
The Refund & Cancellation Policy and any Service Confirmation govern cancellation and refund requests. Eligibility can depend on when a request is received, work already performed, capacity reserved, digital access supplied, and non-recoverable government or Provider costs. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory refund or cancellation right.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a refund entitlement because it creates no charge. Do not initiate a chargeback without first giving SRC AI a reasonable opportunity to investigate a billing error, unless doing so would prejudice a legal right or deadline.
20. Suspension and termination#
You may stop using a Public Service at any time. SRC AI may reject, suspend or terminate access or an unaccepted request when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, sanctions or provider checks, non-payment, material breach, legal compliance, safety or protection of another person’s rights.
For an accepted paid service, SRC AI will apply the Service Confirmation and applicable law when deciding notice, transition, accrued charges and any refund. Provisions intended by their nature to continue—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability boundaries, evidence and dispute provisions—survive termination.
21. Disclaimers and warranties#
To the extent permitted by law, public Website and informational services are provided on an “as available” basis without an implied guarantee of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free content, business success, learning result, incorporation, government approval or Provider action. This paragraph does not exclude an express commitment in a Service Confirmation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The General Disclaimer and product-specific disclosures explain material service boundaries.
22. Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SRC AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising solely from reliance on general public information, unavailable external services or use contrary to these Terms. Any enforceable financial cap for a paid service should be stated in the Service Confirmation and reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction.
No provision limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability that applicable law protects from exclusion. Because the final contracting entity and governing jurisdiction are not yet published, this candidate does not invent a universal monetary cap.
23. Indemnity subject to professional review#
Where permitted and included in an accepted business Service Confirmation, an organizational customer may be required to reimburse reasonable loss arising from its unlawful use, knowing misrepresentation, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach. Any such obligation must be interpreted proportionately, must not cover SRC AI’s own unlawful conduct and remains subject to mandatory law and professional review before production use.
Consumers are not asked by this general candidate to surrender non-waivable rights.
24. Force majeure#
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as major network or utility failure, natural disaster, epidemic, conflict, labour disruption, cyber incident not caused by failure to use reasonable safeguards, government action, registry outage or Provider shutdown. The affected party should take reasonable steps to reduce impact and resume performance.
Payment already due for completed work is not automatically excused. If a delay materially defeats an accepted service, the parties should apply the Service Confirmation, Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory law.
25. Governing law, jurisdiction and disputes#
The final governing law, courts and any alternative dispute process must be configured after the legal entity, contracting location and service model are formally approved. Until then, no Website statement should imply a jurisdiction that has not been selected. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy rules may depend on where the user and contracting entity are located.
Before formal proceedings, a user should send a clear written complaint and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline makes that impracticable. A Service Confirmation may contain an approved dispute clause for that engagement.
26. Changes to these Terms#
SRC AI may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security or operational changes. The public page identifies the version, Effective Date and Last Updated date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
A change to these general Terms does not silently rewrite an existing Service Confirmation where express agreement is required. Archived revisions remain in the controlled legal record.
27. Notices and contact#
Questions, notices, complaints and requests may be sent through the SRC AI contact form. Use the category that best matches the request and provide enough information for SRC AI to identify the relevant interaction. Do not send account credentials, payment-card data, identity documents or other sensitive records through a public form. SRC AI may ask for proportionate evidence of identity or authority through an appropriate protected channel before acting on a request.
Formal notices to SRC AI should use the verified legal contact published in the Company Profile when available. If that field is blank, use the contact form and request the appropriate notice address. SRC AI may send notices to an address supplied for the relevant service.
28. Severability, waiver, assignment and entire agreement#
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it should be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign an accepted service without consent where the assignment would change risk or legal obligations; SRC AI may assign as part of a lawful reorganization or transfer with appropriate notice and protection of rights.
These Terms, the incorporated policies and any Service Confirmation form the entire agreement for their subject matter and replace earlier statements about that subject. Electronic records and confirmations may be used where lawful.
29. Public-service records and electronic evidence#
SRC AI may create time-stamped records showing that a form was submitted, a newsletter address was confirmed, a consent preference was selected, a public Assistant request was classified, a security limit was triggered or a Service Confirmation was accepted. These records support service delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and dispute investigation. They are not conclusive where a record is incomplete, corrupted or shown to concern a different person, and they do not replace a government or Provider record for an external decision.
Electronic acceptance, email, authenticated actions and other reliable digital evidence may be used where applicable law recognizes them. You should keep copies of quotations, receipts, filing confirmations and material correspondence. A Website status, draft, internal note or automated acknowledgement is not proof that SRC AI or an independent authority completed an action unless the message expressly identifies the completed action and responsible issuer.
30. Enquiry review and service acceptance#
SRC AI may triage an enquiry for scope, safety, capacity, jurisdiction, Provider availability and conflicts before offering work. It may ask focused follow-up questions or decline a request without disclosing security rules, confidential Provider criteria or information about another customer. Acknowledging receipt, arranging an introductory call or discussing a possible path does not by itself accept the service or create a duty to meet a filing or commercial deadline.
An accepted service should identify the customer, deliverables, exclusions, charges, dependencies and the record that constitutes acceptance. If those elements remain under discussion, each party bears its own preliminary costs unless a written term says otherwise. Users should not make irreversible commitments, transfer money to a third party or represent that a company exists merely because an enquiry is pending.
31. Quotations, scope changes and customer instructions#
A quotation is based on the facts and assumptions stated when it is issued and may expire. New jurisdictions, additional owners, unusual ownership structures, expedited handling, translated or certified records, repeated corrections, Provider changes or changed government fees can require a revised scope and price. SRC AI should obtain approval before performing material out-of-scope paid work, except for proportionate action needed to protect a customer or system from an immediate security or legal risk.
SRC AI may rely on instructions from the verified customer contact until notified of an authority dispute. It may pause when instructions conflict, appear unlawful, come from an unverified address or would prejudice another stakeholder. The customer is responsible for resolving its internal authority, beneficial-ownership and approval questions; SRC AI does not adjudicate corporate disputes through the public Website.
32. Security, vulnerability reports and responsible contact#
Security research and load testing require prior written authorization defining scope, timing and reporting. A public page or DNS record is not an invitation to test. If a person encounters a suspected vulnerability unintentionally, they should stop accessing data, preserve only the minimum non-sensitive evidence, avoid disclosure that increases risk and request the appropriate reporting channel through the contact route.
SRC AI maintains governed security-response processes and may provide legally required notice where appropriate. It does not promise a bounty or safe-harbor protection unless a written program says so. Good-faith reports will be evaluated on their conduct and applicable law, and must never include extortion, privacy invasion or avoidable service disruption.
33. Content corrections, provenance and citation#
Dates, legal requirements, Provider procedures and public product status can change after publication. SRC AI may correct typographical, factual, security or formatting errors without treating every correction as a new commercial promise. Material legal-policy changes use the controlled version workflow. Insight content should distinguish sourced fact, company explanation, forward-looking direction and illustrative example so readers can assess its weight.
When a public page cites or links an external source, the citation identifies a useful reference rather than adopting every statement on that site. Users should check the original source, date, territory and subsequent amendments. SRC AI may remove or replace a link that becomes unsafe, unavailable or misleading without assuming responsibility for copies retained elsewhere.
34. Beta, pilot and preview experiences#
A future pilot, beta, preview or early-access experience may be incomplete, capacity-limited, changed frequently and subject to additional terms. Invitation or wait-list interest does not guarantee admission. SRC AI may limit participation by lawful safety, suitability, geography, age, support or research criteria and may close a preview when continued operation would create unacceptable risk or burden.
Participants must not represent preview behavior as final availability, reverse engineer confidential features or publish another participant’s information. Where feedback, observation or research is proposed, SRC AI should state the purpose, information involved, voluntariness and withdrawal boundary. A child or family preview requires a dedicated safeguarding and guardian-consent design before personal information is collected.
35. Communications authenticity and fraud prevention#
SRC AI may use verified Website notices, approved company email and connected Provider messages for legitimate communications. It will not ask a user to disclose confidential access credentials through an ordinary email or public form. A changed payment instruction, urgent request for sensitive documents or unexpected attachment should be independently verified using a contact path already known to be genuine.
Users must not spoof SRC AI, register confusing domains or social handles, reproduce restricted interfaces, or use SRC names to solicit funds or information. Suspected impersonation should be reported with the URL, sender and non-sensitive evidence. SRC AI may coordinate with hosting, email, social and law-enforcement entities where proportionate and lawful.
36. Data portability, export and continuity for paid services#
If an accepted service stores customer-provided business records, the Service Confirmation should state available export formats, access duration and responsibilities at termination. Public Website content, internal security data, Provider-licensed material and SRC AI intellectual property are not automatically included in a customer export. Data-access and deletion requests remain subject to identity verification, other people’s rights, legal holds and the Privacy Policy.
Customers should maintain independent copies of records needed for company compliance, tax, banking, ownership, renewals and deadlines. SRC AI is not the sole statutory record keeper unless an approved agreement expressly creates that role. A Provider outage, account closure or service transition may require reasonable cooperation and a secure transfer process rather than informal transmission through public channels.
37. Government, sanctions and regulatory change#
A government authority, registry, bank, payment network or Provider may introduce new forms, verification, sanctions, beneficial-ownership, tax, filing or eligibility rules with limited notice. SRC AI may update intake, pause acceptance, request new information or revise scope to reflect those changes. It cannot waive an authority’s requirement or guarantee that an earlier process will remain available.
A customer must not use SRC AI to circumvent sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering checks, tax reporting, beneficial-ownership disclosure or other lawful requirements. Screening or a request for information does not establish wrongdoing. SRC AI may decline or stop work where continuation would violate law, Provider rules or a documented risk decision, subject to applicable payment and refund rights.
38. Consumer and small-business protections#
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a statutory cooling-off right, quality guarantee, unfair-terms protection, privacy right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. The character of a user and service may affect which protections apply. A business label, company email or formation enquiry does not necessarily determine whether a person is treated as a consumer under applicable law.
Before a paid consumer service is accepted, SRC AI should present material price, duration, renewal, cancellation and complaint information in a clear form. If a local rule requires additional disclosure or express consent, the Service Confirmation must provide it. Ambiguous candidate language should be reviewed and configured for the contracting entity and market rather than interpreted to reduce mandatory rights.
39. Complaints, escalation and preservation#
A complaint should identify the relevant service, dates, expected result, actual result and requested resolution without including unnecessary secrets. SRC AI may acknowledge, request evidence, separate security issues from service issues and provide a reasoned response. Complex matters involving a Provider, authority, ownership dispute or legal obligation may take longer than an ordinary support question, and urgent statutory deadlines remain the complainant’s responsibility.
When a dispute, chargeback, investigation or credible claim is anticipated, SRC AI may preserve relevant records beyond ordinary retention until the matter and associated limitation period end. Preservation is not an admission. Access remains limited to people and Providers with a need to handle the matter, and unrelated data should not be collected merely because a complaint exists.
41. Privacy, data protection and confidential material#
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and any product-specific notice. A customer must not instruct SRC AI to collect, disclose or process information unlawfully and should provide only what the accepted service requires. SRC AI may reject an insecure channel, excessive document set or request that would expose another person’s information without a valid basis.
An accepted business service may identify confidential material and permitted recipients. Confidentiality does not cover information already public without breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law. Before a compelled disclosure, the receiving party should provide notice where lawful and limit disclosure to what is required. The public contact form and Assistant are never designated confidential-document channels.
42. Accessibility and reasonable alternatives#
SRC AI aims to provide public content and core workflows in an accessible form and describes the current baseline in the Accessibility Statement. A user encountering a barrier should identify the page, task and preferred alternative without including unnecessary health information. SRC AI will assess a reasonable alternative in light of the request, security, technical feasibility and Provider role.
An accessibility adjustment does not require SRC AI to weaken authentication, disclose another person’s information or fundamentally alter an unavailable service. It should provide an equivalent safe route where practical. Third-party Provider interfaces remain subject to their own controls, but SRC AI should consider accessibility in selection and coordinate a problem that blocks an accepted service.
43. Support scope and response expectations#
Public contact and support routes are monitored according to published working hours when verified Company Profile hours are available. Until then, no universal response time is promised. Security, accessibility, legal and active-service issues may be prioritized differently from sales, feedback or general questions. An automated receipt confirms transmission only and is not a substantive response.
A paid support level, deadline or escalation path applies only if stated in a Service Confirmation. Users should provide a concise description, affected reference and safe reproduction steps and should avoid opening many duplicate requests. SRC AI may merge duplicates and communicate through a verified primary contact.
44. Open-source, licensed and Provider materials#
The Website and services may include open-source software, licensed fonts, libraries, data or Provider components governed by their own notices and licences. Those terms apply to the relevant component and do not grant a licence to SRC AI branding, proprietary content, customer data or restricted systems. Required notices should be preserved.
A third-party component may be updated, replaced or removed for security, compatibility, licensing or service reasons. SRC AI remains responsible for its own integration and promises but does not own every underlying component. Users must not remove notices or attempt to extract a separately licensed asset beyond the permission provided.
45. Copyright and rights complaints#
A person who believes public SRC AI content infringes a right should identify the work, disputed material, URL, basis of the claim, contact details and a good-faith statement of authority. Do not submit unrelated identity records or demand access to private systems. SRC AI may request clarification, restrict content during review and notify the submitting party where appropriate.
A knowingly false complaint can harm others and may create liability. Counter-notice or restoration procedures depend on applicable law and platform role and must not be invented before the responsible entity and jurisdiction are approved. Trademark, privacy and defamation concerns should be identified accurately rather than mislabeled as copyright.
46. Anti-bribery, corruption and improper influence#
Users must not offer or request an improper payment, gift, favor or false record to influence SRC AI, a Provider, registry, bank, government official or professional. Expedited official service is permitted only when lawfully offered, transparently charged and documented by the responsible authority or Provider. SRC AI will not route unofficial payments or promise influence over an independent decision.
A suspicious request may be declined, escalated or reported where lawful. This restriction applies even if improper conduct is described as a facilitation payment, commission, donation or personal favor. Legitimate Provider and government fees should appear in the accepted scope or supporting record.
47. Export controls and territorial restrictions#
Software, encryption, technical information and services may be subject to export, import, sanctions or territorial restrictions. Users represent that their use and instructions are lawful for relevant people, locations and purposes. They must not use intermediaries, false addresses or concealed ownership to evade a restriction.
SRC AI may use Provider screening and may decline or suspend a service when territory, ownership, activity or law creates an unsupported risk. A restriction can change after acceptance; the parties should address lawful wind-down, records and charges under the Service Confirmation and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
48. Final entity and jurisdiction configuration#
Before production contracting, authorized governance must publish the verified legal entity, notice address and approved contact fields and obtain professional approval of governing law, forum, consumer, liability, indemnity and dispute language for intended markets. Those decisions belong in a controlled legal revision and any market-specific Service Confirmation, not a hidden code default.
Until configuration is complete, public browsing and free enquiries remain available under this transparent candidate framework, but SRC AI should not accept a paid service that depends on missing mandatory contracting information. Publication status does not convert an unverified field into fact.
49. Notices about service incidents and material changes#
SRC AI may use the Website, a verified email address or an authenticated service to notify users about a material outage, security issue, Provider interruption, accepted-scope change or legal requirement. The method and audience should match the risk and information available. A public incident notice should not expose exploit detail, credentials, another customer’s information or an unverified allegation.
Users are responsible for keeping the designated service contact current and monitoring authoritative Provider or government notices that the accepted service assigns to them. A newsletter is not the required channel for a statutory filing reminder unless the Service Confirmation expressly makes it one. If an urgent notice cannot be delivered because supplied contact information is wrong, SRC AI may use another verified route but cannot guarantee receipt.
50. Relationship of the parties#
Unless an accepted agreement says otherwise for a specific task, SRC AI and the customer act as independent contracting parties. Nothing in the public Website creates employment, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary relationship or authority for either party to bind the other. Coordinating an independent Provider does not make every Provider an employee or agent of SRC AI.
A customer must not represent that SRC AI is its director, incorporator, registered agent, legal counsel, accountant, nominee or government sponsor unless a verified agreement expressly appoints a qualified entity to that role. Any approved referral or subcontracting relationship should be described accurately, including responsibility for the relevant decision and fee.
51. Insurance, risk allocation and customer safeguards#
A customer remains responsible for insurance, backups, professional advice, internal approvals and other safeguards suitable for its activities. The existence of SRC AI security controls or a formation service does not insure the customer against cyber loss, business interruption, regulatory breach, tax liability, fraud or commercial failure. Where a specific service requires insurance, that requirement should be stated before acceptance.
Risk allocation in these Terms is intended to reflect the informational public Website and must be adjusted in a Service Confirmation for higher-value or regulated work. SRC AI should not accept a service whose risk, professional role or liability terms have not been reviewed and supported operationally.
52. Construction and approved publication#
Words such as including and for example introduce non-exhaustive examples unless context requires otherwise. A reference to law includes an applicable amendment or replacement, but SRC AI does not promise to monitor every legal change for every user. Singular and plural forms include each other where sensible, and a requirement not to do something includes not enabling another person to do it.
The authoritative public revision is the one explicitly published through the controlled legal system and shown with its version and dates. Internal drafts, code comments, test fixtures, cached search excerpts and prior archived versions do not override it. Professional review and market-specific terms remain required before production contracting.
