VERSION 3.1SRCAI.co provides corporate, product and service information for general orientation. This Disclaimer explains important boundaries that apply alongside the Terms of Service and product-specific notices.
1. Informational nature#
Public pages summarize SRC AI’s direction, systems and services. They are not a complete analysis of a visitor’s facts and should not be the sole basis for a consequential decision. Verify current dates, status labels, linked policies and any Service Confirmation.
2. AI uncertainty#
Automated answers can be incomplete, outdated, contextually wrong or generated from a misunderstood question. The public AI Assistant is grounded to approved public material but that boundary does not make every answer infallible. Check its linked source and request human clarification when accuracy matters.
3. No legal advice#
SRC AI and SRC Launch are not presented as a law firm. Public information does not create a lawyer-client relationship or answer which entity, contract, jurisdiction, filing or legal strategy is right for you. Consult a qualified lawyer where appropriate.
4. No tax or accounting advice#
Formation, location and business activity can create tax, reporting and accounting obligations. SRC AI does not determine your residency, tax liability, filing position or accounting treatment through the public Website. Obtain advice from a qualified professional familiar with the relevant locations.
5. No investment or financial advice#
Nothing on the Website recommends a security, investment, financing strategy or guaranteed return. Business and investment decisions involve risk, and past examples or forward-looking descriptions do not predict results. SRC AI does not guarantee funding, revenue, profitability or banking access.
6. No guarantee of business or learning outcomes#
Technology, mentoring information and launch support can assist a process but cannot guarantee incorporation, approval, learning progress, employment, business success, market demand or personal development. Outcomes depend on the user, authorities, Providers, location, evidence and changing circumstances.
7. SRC Launch outcomes#
Government agencies, registries, banks and Providers make independent decisions. Timelines, prices, requirements and availability can change. An enquiry does not reserve a company name, start a filing or guarantee a result. See the SRC Launch Service Terms / Disclaimer.
8. External links and services#
SRC AI does not control an external site merely because it is linked. External content, security, accessibility, availability and privacy practices can change without notice. Review Provider terms and use independent judgment before sharing information or paying.
9. Technical availability#
The Website may be interrupted by maintenance, network failure, security response, Provider outages or events beyond reasonable control. SRC AI does not promise that content is free from every error or harmful component, although reasonable safeguards are used.
10. Forward-looking statements#
Product roadmaps, planned capabilities, future integrations and market statements reflect current expectations and may change. Words such as planned, designed, intended, future and may signal that a capability is not a present commitment. Only an accepted Service Confirmation can create a specific delivery obligation.
11. Preserved rights and contact#
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability, consumer rights or an express warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Report a material error through the SRC AI contact form with the page and statement involved.
12. Sources, dates and territorial variation#
Public information may summarize external rules or Provider practices that change by date and territory. A link, example or general explanation must be checked against the current authoritative source. Search snippets, cached copies and automated translations can omit qualifications. The Website version and Last Updated date help identify the publication but do not guarantee that every external rule remained unchanged afterward.
A practice available in one jurisdiction may be unavailable, regulated differently or unsuitable elsewhere. No page should be read as a representation that SRC AI is licensed or established in a location unless the verified Company Profile and service record expressly say so.
13. Testimonials, metrics and illustrative material#
SRC AI does not promise that an illustration, design concept, workflow example or future case study represents a typical result. Customer, revenue, traffic, security, ranking and performance metrics should appear only when derived from real approved data with suitable context. Empty-state dashboards and test fixtures are not evidence of commercial history.
If a testimonial or endorsement is later published, permission, material connections and truthful context should be documented. A Provider logo or technical integration does not imply a partnership or endorsement beyond the actual relationship.
14. Cybersecurity and availability#
Security controls reduce risk but do not make the Website immune from interruption, vulnerability, phishing or Provider incident. A status label describes current observable configuration, not a warranty. Users should protect their devices and independently verify unexpected instructions, especially those requesting money, documents or credentials.
Maintenance, emergency response, network failure and external systems can interrupt access. Users remain responsible for statutory and commercial deadlines and should not rely on continuous Website availability as their only record or notification method.
15. No waiver of mandatory responsibility#
This Disclaimer does not exclude a responsibility, remedy, warranty or duty that applicable law does not permit SRC AI to exclude. It also does not excuse SRC AI from an express accepted commitment or from using reasonable safeguards. Product-specific terms and the Service Confirmation may provide more precise responsibilities.
If a statement conflicts with a mandatory right, it should be limited rather than used to defeat the right. Final entity, jurisdiction, liability and consumer language requires independent legal review before production reliance.
